Jennifer's Senior Session in Mayview, MO
I had the best time meeting up with Jennifer recently at her grandparent’s farmstead in Mayview, Missouri for her senior photoshoot. We dealt with rain and wind, but we had a blast anyway! That’s just Jennifer. She can make anything fun.
I first met Jennifer when she was just a baby, at the church camp I attended - Grand River Bible Camp. Jennifer’s grandparents, Bill and Pam Prindle, were the camp directors, and her parents brought her along while they volunteered. Over the years I’ve been blessed to watch Jennifer grow and mature into a beautiful young woman. She is a hard worker, a go-getter, and a shining example to the younger girls in her youth group. She is un-apologetically herself and I love her exactly the way she is.
One of my favorite things about Jen is the devoted friend that she is to my oldest son. Fun fact - they are EXACTLY the same age - month, day, and year! Over the years Jen has been someone that my son can go to for support, encouragement, and just to completely be himself and be accepted. Thank you, Jen. You’ll never know how thankful I am for you. You are truly a blessing in our lives.
We’ve had so many fun adventures over the years. Every time I’m asked to chaperone something, the first thing I say is “Put Jennifer in my group!” I’m not gonna lie, I’m a little sad that I’ll no longer be your chaperone, but I am excited at the thought that maybe some day we will be chaperoning together!!
Never change, Jen. Promise me you won’t. Go do amazing things but never forget where you came from, what you started with, or Who you belong to. You are a beloved child of the King.
My cup runneth over.
